After hiding away for over a year. We’re super super excited to announce our next game! Joe Danger: The Movie. It’s kind of a sequel to Joe Danger, but it’s mostly something entirely new!
Sean said we’re making a game for every person who’s ever come running excitedly out of the cinema, made a gun with their fingers and done some pretend fly kicks. Then there was an awkward silence.
We’ll be unveiling the game properly at Gamescom next week. We’re currently filling a van up with goodies and getting ready to go on a roadtrip to Cologne! After that we fly straight to PAX. If you want to see the game first, email sean@hellogames.co.uk.
Think of us hurtling down the Autobahn, on the wrong side of the road, while you sit at home with your delicious hot tea and biscuits.

Well it’s true that being an independant developper is very lonely, but if you don’t respond to people on your twitter/mail or other bizarre means, why would the people bother cheering you up

For someone who’s been checking this website regularly I’m sad to see that there’s still no mention of a PC Joe Danger – and though it’s great to see a new game on the way, it doesn’t help those of us without a Playstation. Come on guys, don’t leave the PC market out of it!!!

I know you guys are sick and tired of hearing this by now, but for the love of GOD, please release this on something else than PSN. This is a game that NEEDS to be on PC (I’d be fine with an XBLA release too, but PC is CLEARLY the way to go). The potential for an awesome level-making community is very big here.
By releasing the previous Joe Danger on PSN only, you have already denied yourself the success that you obviously all deserve. Please don’t make that same mistake again.
When asked in the Gamasutra interview, you stated the following: “Hmm, that’s something I don’t know actually, whether people genuinely want that.”. From all the comments you’ve received, it’s extremely clear that this is most certainly is something people want. In fact, most of us would buy the original too if it was on PC. Everyone has clearly voiced his opinion on this. Now you know we genuinely want this. There’s no excuse any more. Please allow me to give you money.
At the least if you aren’t going to release the sequel on PC, please port the original on PC. It would mean the world to many players. Exclusivity is good. PSN exclusivity… not so much.
