KNOWN FIXES BELOW, PLEASE CHECK THESE FIRST!

 

Game resetting when entering the first level (15th January 2013) – WORKAROUND!

A crash when entering the first very first level in the game has been reported by around 6 people. We’re are working on a fix for this, but for now there is a temporary workaround if this is affecting you.

Sign out of Gamecenter
If your GameCenter username/alias contains the characters “{” or “}”, then removing these will fix the issue.
Alternatively try signing out of Gamecenter completely. Click the Gamecenter icon on the Springboard, and then click Sign-Out. Now launch Joe Danger, and do not sign-in. Hopefully it will just work. Please let me know what happens.

Shut down Background Apps
Another cause of this problem can be an unexpected App running in the background. This is especially true on older devices.
It would be fantastic if you could try to shut down all apps which are running in the background. You can find a description of how to do that here. Now try to run Joe Danger. Please let me know what happens.
 

Update for iPad4 Issue (11th January 2013) – FIXED!

The fix is live and all you lovely iPad 4 owners who were having problems can once again play Joe Danger in all its beautiful Retina enhanced glory!
Update went live 24 hours after the first bug was reported, which is some sort of record..

If you are having this issue, please update! We’re going to go to sleep now :)
